MTN ICT and Business Skills Training is a Youth Development initiative that is designed to equip young entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 35 years with relevant technological skills to enable them to sustain and scale up their businesses.
This training normally lasts for 5 weeks and it is an online program where renowned experts from different industries will guide you on how to build, sustain and scale up your business in the dynamic economic environment.
During the program, MTN offers enough data to participants to ensure active participation. MTN partners with top tech players in the world like Oracle, KPMG, IBM, Digital Bridge Institute, CISCO, Google, Meta, and Microsoft to offer this masterclass training to beneficiaries.
This program started since 2018 and since its inception, the program has been able to train and graduate over 4,036 young entrepreneurs across different states in the country. The program normally accepts 3,000 young entrepreneurs per phase but they normally empower the best 300 participants with capital to enable them to scale up their already existing businesses.
